ENTERTAINMENT / AMENITIES: Metropol Süpermarket (with in-store food counters and a children’s play area), Metropol Otopark (parking), local hair & beauty salons, bookshop(s) / stationary stores, and small indoor children’s play areas inside retail units.

Individual Bookings (up to 7 people)

• Free Cancellation: Up to 72 hours before the tour – full refund.

• 50% Charge: Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the tour.

• 100% Charge: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or in case of no-show.

Group Bookings (8 or more people)

• Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before the tour – full refund.

• 50% Charge: Cancellations made 4–7 days before the tour.

• 100% Charge: Cancellations made less than 4 days before the tour or in case of no-show.

Amendments

• Date or participant changes are subject to availability.

• Significant changes may be considered as cancellations and rebookings.

Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather, port restrictions, safety issues, strikes, natural disasters), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours. Guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
