SERVICE AGREEMENT

      Introduction

      Bookings made through our website, and our and your rights and obligation in relations to such bookings are governed by these Service of Agreement.

      Duration

      This Agreement commences on the date the client place a booking through us (whichever occurs sooner) and shall continue for the duration of time we provide travel management services to you.

      1. Scope of Services

      The CABA travel agency agrees to provide the following services to the client:

      A.Booking hotels and other accommodations.

      B.Planning of activities and excursions

      C.Coordination of transportation

      D.Other travel-related services as agreed upon by both parties

      1. Variation of Booking

      A.If the client would like to change booking in any way, you should contact us to discuss your requested changes. We reserve the right to accept or reject any changes you may request.

      B.We may change the time and date and/or location of an event that is the subject of the booking by giving notice of the change atleast 2 weeks before the event is due to begin.

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

      3.Payment Terms

      The client agrees to pay the travel agency for all services rendered. Payment will be made according to the following terms:

      A.For reservations at Elexus and Kaya Artemis Hotels, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining amount due four weeks before the arrival date.

      B.For reservation at Limak Hotel, we require a 40% deposit from the total amount, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the arrival date.

      C.For reservation at  Concorde Luxury Resort, we require a 40% deposit from the total amount, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the arrival date.

      D.For reservations at other hotels not listed above, full payment will be required.

      E.Payment methods accepted include mail order form.

      1. Cancellation and Refunds

      The following cancellation and refund policies apply:

      A.If the client cancels the reservation two weeks before the scheduled arrival date, there will be no charge.

      B.If the client cancels the reservation within the last 13 days before arrival, they will be charged 25% of the total fee.

      C.Payment refunds will only be made through bank transfer, for which the client will pay a fee of $50.00.

      1. Responsibilities and Liabilities

      CABA travel agency agrees to provide its services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with industry standards. However, the travel agency is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the course of the trip. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, and
