SECTION 1
Introduction
Bookings made through our website, as well as our and your rights/obligations in relation to said bookings, are governed by this Service Agreement.
Duration
The Agreement commences on the date the client places a booking through us (whichever occurs sooner) and shall continue for the duration of time we provide travel management services to you.
SECTION 2
Scope of Services
CABA travel agency agrees to provide the following services to the client:
- Booking hotels and other accommodations
- Planning of activities and excursions
- Coordination of transportation
- Other travel-related services as agreed upon by both parties
Variation of Booking
- If the client would like to change their booking in any way, he/she should contact us to discuss said change. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any requested changes.
- We may alter time, date and/or location of an event that is the subject of client’s booking by giving notice of the change at least 2 weeks before the event is due to begin.
Payment Terms
The client agrees to pay Caba Travel agency for all services rendered. Payment will be made according to the following terms:
- Once confirmed, the reservation can be paid in full via one of the viable payment methods. These include payment links and bank transfer.
- If the payment is done through bank transfer, there will be a charge fee provided by the bank that is unrelated to our overall payment services. Therefore, the bank charge fee will be handled by the client him/herself.
- If, after the reservation is confirmed, the client is unable to pay the full amount charged, he/she is required to make a 50% deposit from the total amount, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the arrival date.
- In case the client informs us via e-mail, prior to their arrival, that they will pay their remaining balance in cash, we reserve the rights to accept or reject said request.
Cancellation and Refunds
The following cancellation and refund policies apply:
- If the client cancels their reservation 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, there will be no charge.
- If the reservation is cancelled within the last 13 days before arrival, they will be charged 25% of the total fee.
- In case of the client cancelling their reservation within the last 2 days before the scheduled arrival date, they will be charged 50% of the total fee.
- In a force majeure event, a flight is cancelled (with proof of papers) and is free of charge for the last 24 hours.
- Payment refunds will only be made through bank transfer, for which the client will pay a fee of $45.00.
SECTION 3
Responsibilities and Liabilities
CABA travel agency agrees to provide its services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with industry standards. However, the travel agency is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the course of the trip. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, and for complying with all local laws and regulations.
